Chase Daniel Is Most Likely Getting the Thanksgiving Day Start
For Thursday’s #Bears–#Lions game, it’s more likely that QB Chase Daniel starts than Mitch Trubisky, sources say. Trubisky is dealing with a shoulder bruise and if it was a Sunday game, he’d probably play. But now, Daniel is slated to go.

Like I said in my Thanksgiving Football Picks, there was a chance that Chase Daniel got the start due to Mitch Trubisky’s injury. And now it’s almost certain that we’re getting Daniel, due to Trubisky having a sprained AC joint.
Mitchell Trubisky is nursing a sprained AC joint, per source. If Thursday’s game were Sunday, the Bears believe Trubisky could play and they believe he’ll be ready a week from Sunday against the NY Giants.

Needless to say though, I’m still going with my Chicago pick. I factored in a hurt Trubisky/no Trubisky when I made my pick, so I am gladly sticking with it.
