Reds Get No Hit Through 7, Still Find a Way to Win
Daniel Poncedeleon, no relation to the conquistador, made his MLB Debut last night. Fun fact: Daniel had brain surgery last year after taking a line drive off the head last year. So wow, what a magical debut. To come out and throw a no-hitter in your very first game.
Ohhhh man, your pitch count is too high. Don’t worry, the bullpen will take care of it for you and at least get you a combined no hitter.
Whaaaaat? Jordan Hicks gave up a hit? Darn! Well you can still get the win!
What?!???! Eugenio Suarez hit a two out homer in the bottom of the 9th to tie the game up?!?!?! Well, that’s baseball.
OH NO BASES LOADED TWO OUTS DILSON HERRERA WALK OFF SINGLE!!!! OHHH MAN THE REDS RUIN IT FOR ST LOUIS AGAIN 😭😭😭😭

First we get your manager fired, and then we basically ruin your only magical moment of the season. Sorry about that, STL. Maybe one day we’ll quit dominating you.
